What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday - 9am to 5pm
Saturday - 10am to 2pm
Sunday - OFF
How long does it take?
Of course, this depends on the project. Clients can anticipate a 7-14 day building window. If more time is needed, this will be discussed during your consultation.
What is your lead time?
This depends on the amount of projects already on the books during your desired time frame. No worries, this will be communicated during your consultation.
**NOTE: Lead time will be delayed due to NOT receiving initial payment within a few days after invoice is sent.
Payment Methods?
We use SquareUp invoices to send and receive payments. SquareUp supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver within a 25mi radius-there is a delivery fee outside of this.
Can I change my order once I have already paid?
Unfortunately, this is a case by case basis. Please be aware that this will affect final cost and completion time.
Do you paint?
Yes! Make sure to mention that you want to add painting at the beginning and/or during the consultation.
Do you come out to take measurements?
If the project calls for us to. There is a small charge for coming out to take measurements based on your location.
**NOTE: If we are hired, the fee becomes a credit towards your project.
How long do I have to pick up my items?
You have 5 days starting the day you are notified your order is ready. You will be charged $25 per day starting the 6th day.
Do I get a warranty?
Yes! You have a 30 day warranty per our TERMS and CONDITIONS.
