24hr Rental Terms & Conditions

 

Rental Days of Operation

Thursday - Friday

Delivery/Pick-Up Window

10am-12pm

• In the event that the rental(s) will be needed for an extended time outside of the 24hr rental window, please select the appropriate amount of days to hold the rental(s) to avoid additional fees.  

​

• Same day delivery and pick-up available upon request with an additional fee. 

​

• Failure to comply with the pick-up window will result in a $200 fee. 

​

 

Delivery Fee

​Based on milage to and from event location - $2/mi

Charges

• 50% deposit required at the time of booking. A credit card is required to be on file.

• 20% Maintenance fee added to every rental booking. This fee covers wear and tear from normal rental usage. Excludes shortage, loss, or damage of items due to improper use - additional fee will incur. 

 

 

Cancellations

• As of now, renters can cancel anytime up to 7 days prior to scheduled rental drop-off. 

E.g. Rental agreement is for 04/01, cancellation window closes 03/25. 

• Cancellations made outside of the cancellation window will result in loss of deposit.
